Monitoring costs related to transportation, warehousing, inventory management and logistics operations.
Preparing and managing budgets for logistics departments, ensuring that expenses align with financial goals.
Handling billing and invoicing related to logistics services, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
Generating financial reports that provide insights into logistics costs, performance metrics and profit margins.
Assessing the value of inventory to determine carrying costs and improve financial planning.
Ensuring that all accounting practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Analyzing cost data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction.
Reviewing contracts with suppliers, carriers, and service providers to ensure financial compliance and adherence to terms.
Working closely with operations, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accuracy in reporting and forecasts.
Monitoring logistics performance metrics and assessing the financial impact of logistics activities.
Communicating logistics financial data and insights to management and other stakeholders for informed decision-making.
Identifying financial risks in logistics operations and implementing strategies to mitigate those risks.

Namizədə olan tələblər

A bachelor/master’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field;
Minimum 3 years of experience (preferably in logistics);
Proficiency in English and Russian (spoken and written).
Proven experience in working with foreign internet banking systems, including international payments, transfers, and account management.
Working knowledge of IFRS.
Proficiency in ERP systems (logistics management software is preferred).
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.

Working conditions:
Location: Baku city;
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5 working days per week;
Working hours: 10:00 - 19:00;
Lunch time in the office – 1 hour
