We are seeking a visionary Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our commercial growth strategy and drive revenue performance across the portfolio. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a proven track record in hospitality sales, digital marketing, revenue management, and brand positioning. You will develop and execute innovative, data-driven initiatives that increase market share, optimize occupancy and ADR, and elevate profitability—positioning Hotels Group LLC as the preferred choice in each of our markets.
Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue, market share, and occupancy goals
Increasing Occupancy Rate of hotel and Conference Rooms
Growth in Corporate and Individual Sales
Brand Perception — What Comes to Mind When People Hear “FLY INN” of “River INN Resort & SPA”
Drive sales performance through proactive account management and revenue optimization initiatives

Marketing & Brand Management
Increasing Market Share of the company
Development of a Comprehensive Brand Book
Manage online presence and reputation across digital platforms, including social media, OTAs, and review sites.
Lead marketing campaigns, promotional events, and partnerships to drive brand awareness and bookings.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, coach, and motivate the Sales & Marketing team to achieve departmental and individual targets.
Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics for team members.
Market Analysis & Reporting
Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
Prepare regular reports and forecasts for senior management, highlighting sales performance and ROI.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in driving revenue growth and developing successful sales strategies.
Strong understanding of hotel distribution channels, digital marketing, and revenue management.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems, PMS, and digital marketing tools.
