Role Overview:
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on digital marketing activities across a range of clients and industries. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and highly organized, with strong understanding of performance marketing, social media, and data tracking.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for various brands.
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs.
Oversee social media strategy and content calendar development with the creative team.
Conduct market and audience research and provide data-driven insights.
Manage digital budgets and ensure efficient allocation of media spend.
Prepare detailed performance reports and present results to clients and internal teams.
Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and account managers to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Stay up-to-date with digital trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Collaborate on website updates, landing pages, and SEO-driven improvements when needed.
Develop influencer marketing strategies for clients across relevant platforms.
Generate digital insights for client growth, including competitor, audience, and market analysis.
Prepare performance presentations, insights, and improvement recommendations.
Review and ensure the quality of digital content before publication (tone of voice, accuracy, technical requirements).
Participate in client onboarding processes, setting KPIs, workflows, and reporting structures.
Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, including strategy development, planning, and weekly updates.
Develop digital strategies for new clients and participate in pitches and presentations.

Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms.
Excellent command of English and Azerbaijani (both mandatory).
Knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
Experience working with multiple brands in agencies (preferred).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Great communication skills and confidence in presenting ideas and results.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
