Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Sales & Marketing to lead commercial strategy, drive revenue growth, strengthen brand positioning, and oversee digital and offline sales activities across multiple hotel properties.
Develop and implement sales & marketing plans to increase revenue, occupancy, ADR, and market share. Drive corporate and individual sales performance. Manage digital marketing, social media, OTAs, and online reputation. Lead marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives. Build and manage a high-performing Sales & Marketing team with clear KPIs. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and prepare performance reports.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business (MBA preferred). 8–10 years in hotel sales & marketing; 3–5 years in a leadership role. Strong experience in revenue management, digital marketing, and distribution channels. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in CRM systems, PMS, and digital marketing tools.
