Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business Administration, Management, or a related field).
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented personality.
Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an advantage).

Manage daily administrative operations of the office.
Answer phone calls, handle correspondence, and greet visitors professionally.
Organize and maintain office files, documents, and records.
Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
Assist management and staff with administrative support tasks.
Coordinate meeting schedules and prepare meeting rooms when needed.
Liaise with service providers and handle basic accounting or HR documentation when required.
Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary: 700 AZN
Workplace: Çinar Plaza, Baku
