Analyze HR indicators such as workforce, turnover, recruitment, performance, and other related metrics, and prepare reports.
Create and improve databases related to HR metrics.
Support the development of interdepartmental cooperation.
Monitor the implementation of new organizational models and assist the HR team.
Participate in the development and implementation of the performance management system.
Support the preparation and improvement of employee development plans.
Prepare surveys to measure employee motivation and satisfaction levels, and analyze the results.
Measure and improve the effectiveness of recruitment and onboarding processes.
Prepare, organize, and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding programs.
Oversee the preparation, organization, and execution of training programs.

Knowledge in collecting and analyzing data related to human resources.
Ability to prepare statistical and analytical reports.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or other analytical software (having certificates in these programs is an advantage).
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
