Manage daily laboratory operations related to calibration, valve testing, and pressure leak testing. Supervise testing and calibration works for PRV/PSV (Pressure Relief Valves), torque tools, gauges, and pressure instruments. Ensure all laboratory activities comply with ISO/IEC 17025 and internal quality standards. Maintain calibration records, certificates, and all documentation in accordance with company procedures. Develop and implement testing procedures ensuring precision, reliability, and traceability of results. Plan and coordinate laboratory schedules to meet operational and client requirements. Communicate effectively with the operations, QHSE, and maintenance departments. Monitor laboratory equipment performance, maintenance, and calibration status. Maintain communication with Customers after price submission Participate in internal and external audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Bachelor degree in Standardization, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering Minimum 10 years’ experience in calibration, valve testing, or industrial laboratory operations. English language proficiency Excellent understanding of ISO/IEC 17025 and quality management systems. Ample understanding of commercial foundations Strong Leadership & negotiation skills Proven experience managing teams in a technical or calibration environment.
