Collect, clean, and organize spatial data from satellite, GPS, and field sources. Develop and maintain geospatial databases using ArcGIS, QGIS, or other GIS platforms. Conduct spatial analysis to identify trends, patterns, and relationships in geospatial data. Create both static and interactive maps and dashboards for internal and public use. Automate mapping and data workflows using Python, ModelBuilder, or FME. Collaborate with engineers, planners, and data scientists to support AI-driven geospatial initiatives. Ensure data quality, projection consistency, and metadata accuracy across datasets. Support GIS infrastructure maintenance and system improvements. Provide technical support and training on GIS tools and workflows to project teams.

Hard Skills: Proficiency in ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and/or QGIS. Experience managing and querying spatial databases (PostGIS, SQL Server, or similar). Knowledge of cartography, coordinate systems, and spatial statistics. Familiarity with remote sensing, LiDAR, and GPS data collection. Strong command of Python (GeoPandas, GDAL, ArcPy) and automation tools. Experience with both open-source and enterprise GIS software (GeoServer, ArcGIS Enterprise).

Education Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, Environmental Science, Urban Planning, or Computer Science. Master’s degree or relevant GIS certifications (e.g., Esri, GISP) is a plus.
