Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution activities in accordance with project requirements and company standards. Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure efficient project delivery. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractor teams to optimize project performance. Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a Project Manage, preferably in the oil and gas industry, also experienced in working at EPC environment Strong technical background with a thorough understanding of engineering principles and project management methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project). Familiarity with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., API, ASME, ANSI). PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable. Ability to travel to project sites as required. A long-term, full-time position Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Proven experience in managing construction projects (mandatory).
