Manage and maintain virtualized infrastructure (VMware) and HPE Synergy servers.
Administer HPE Primera storage systems, including capacity planning and performance tuning.
Maintain and troubleshoot Windows & Linux servers.
Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and hybrid identity solutions.
Oversee backup, DR, and high-availability configurations.
Implement and support monitoring (Zabbix), ensuring proactive detection and alerting.
Collaborate with networking, security, and application teams for integrated solutions.
Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with corporate security and governance policies.
Provide escalation support, mentoring junior admins, and managing critical incidents.

Strong experience with VMware vSphere/ESXi and vCenter administration (clusters, HA/DRS, VM lifecycle, snapshots, resource management).
Hands-on expertise with HPE Synergy composable infrastructure (firmware updates, OneView management, server profiles).
Experience with HPE Primera (3PAR/Alletra) storage administration (LUN provisioning, zoning, replication, performance tuning).
Proficient in Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, WSUS/patching).
Strong Linux administration (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, system services, patching, troubleshooting).
Azure AD integration (SSO, hybrid identity, conditional access).
Understanding of Microsoft 365 / Entra ID federation and synchronization.
Knowledge of SAN (FC/iSCSI) and storage networks (zoning, multipathing, troubleshooting).
Familiarity with backup & recovery solutions (Veeam, Commvault, etc.).
Solid grasp of networking basics (VLANs, routing, firewalls, load balancers).
Strong experience with Zabbix monitoring (custom templates, triggers, dashboards).
Familiarity with PowerShell, Ansible, Python or other scripting for automation.
Experience in log management/centralization (ELK, Splunk, or SIEM tools is a plus).
Knowledge of hardening servers & virtualization environments.
Patch management, vulnerability remediation, certificate management.
5-7+ years of experience in systems administration in enterprise environments.
Deep knowledge of VMware, Windows Server, Linux, HPE Synergy/Primera.
Experience managing storage and SAN environments.
Strong scripting/automation background.
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Certifications are a plus:
VMware VCP/VCAP
Microsoft Certified (Azure Administrator / MCSA/MCSE)
HPE certifications (Synergy, Primera/3PAR)
Linux (RHCSA/RHCE)
