Design user flows and interfaces for mobile (iOS, Android) Formulate hypotheses and run A/B experiments Research competitor solutions and market best practices Collaborate closely with product team members (POs/product managers, developers, analysts, researchers, PMEs) Contribute across all product stages — from discovery to production Review designs and ensure visual, UX, and functional quality of the final product.

5+ years of UX/UI design experience (preferably in fintech, e-commerce, or digital products) Strong knowledge of iOS and Android design guidelines Advanced Figma skills Ability to work with and contribute to design system Understanding of business metrics and how design impacts KPIs Ability to manage expectations, apply a systematic approach, and demonstrate independence, proactivity, and persistence in decision-making Basic English proficiency for documentation and collaboration with international teams Nice to have: experience with Protopie, Amplitude, Notion, Jira.
