Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline Minimum 5 years of experience in finance management, including 3 years in a leadership role Excellent command of Azerbaijani and strong command of English (both required); Russian is an advantage Strong knowledge of 1C accounting software and Microsoft Excel Strong analytical and organizational skills Proven leadership and decision-making ability Experience in the audit or manufacturing sector is an asset
