Conduct in-depth analysis and documentation of existing business processes Identify processes that can be optimized and automated Collaborate with process owners to select processes suitable for RPA Requirements Gathering and Documentation
Gather functional and non-functional requirements for RPA projects Create As-Is (current state) and To-Be (post-automation) process models Prepare and maintain the Process Design Document (PDD) Coordination and Communication
Conduct regular meetings with business stakeholders to understand RPA needs Establish agile and effective communication with RPA Developers and Solution Architects Track and communicate process changes across relevant teams during implementation Process Assessment and ROI Evaluation
Evaluate each process for technical and economic feasibility for RPA Calculate ROI (Return on Investment) and justify automation potential Testing and Quality Assurance
Participate in testing phases of bots developed by RPA Developers Plan and collect results from User Acceptance Testing (UAT) after automation Change Management
Document process changes and include them in version control Reassess RPA suitability for new or modified processes

Proficiency in documentation and process analysis
Proficiency in Azerbaijani, and working knowledge of Russian and English languages
