Strategic Initiatives & Ecosystem Enablement:
Identify and prioritize integration opportunities within the Bir ecosystem and with strategic external merchants.
Assess commercial and strategic value of partnerships, aligning initiatives with the bank’s acquiring strategy.
Create roadmaps for direct and third-party (3rd party) integrations, ensuring timely execution.
Project Execution & Delivery:
Lead end-to-end integration projects — from requirements gathering to post-launch support.
Collaborate with internal Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Vendor teams to ensure functional and technical readiness.
Oversee solution customization to match partner-specific needs without compromising system scalability and stability.
Ensure integration quality through testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Partner Engagement & Relationship Management:
Serve as a single point of contact for strategic merchants during integration and onboarding.
Build long-term relationships with partner stakeholders to support growth and retention.
Conduct regular performance reviews with partners and recommend optimization initiatives.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 4-6 years in acquiring, payment systems, or fintech integrations.
Hands-on experience managing partner integrations (API/SDK, payment gateway, POS, QR).
Proven track record of working with high-profile merchants and ecosystem partners.
Knowledge:
Payment industry standards (ISO 8583, PCI DSS, 3DSecure, etc.).
E-commerce, POS, MobilePOS, and QR-based payment solutions.
Partner onboarding processes and technical documentation review.
Skills:
Strong project management (Agile/Scrum knowledge is a plus).
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Analytical thinking with data-driven decision-making.
Advanced English; Russian and/or Azerbaijani is an advantage.
