Design: Select and design technical solutions for offshore platforms and other structures, considering factors like fixed or floating designs and foundation resistance. Analysis: Use computer simulations and numerical modeling to analyze structural integrity under various loads, environmental conditions (Structural Analysis, Seismic, Geotechnical), and potential failures. Coordination: Work with other professionals, such as naval architects and geotechs, and coordinate design activities between different contractors. Documentation: Perform and check all engineering activities and documentation for structural projects, including defining tender documentation and technical evaluations. Maintenance: Inspect and provide technical input for the fabrication, installation, and ongoing maintenance and life extension of structures.
